Shipping policy

Shipping time varies depending on the shipping option and speed that the customer chooses at checkout. Actual transit time MAY BE LONGER due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.

How & When Parcel Shipping Orders are Shipped & Delivered 

  • Parcel shipping orders are shipped directly to the shipping address you (the Customer) have provided.

Note: we cannot ship to PO Boxes at this time.

  • Orders ship via your chosen shipping option usually within 1 business day from the time your order is placed.
  • Depends on a customer’s chosen shipping option, shipment will usually arrive 2-14 business days after the order has shipped for most locations. Transit time may be longer due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.
  • Normally, shipment(s) are scheduled to arrive Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm local time.
  • If you are not home to accept your shipment, a shipping notification card with further details and instructions for pick-up location will be issued by courier company. for most destinations
  • Smaller shipments made by courier may be left at your door.
  • Multiple items may be shipped separately due to size(s) or availability and may arrive at different times.
  • Purchases from pioneervision.store or pioneervision.ca can be shipped to destinations within Canada and US, and worldwide in most cases; Shipping rates and options are displayed at checkout.
  • Orders / shipments may not currently be fulfilled to certain remote locations such as Yukon, NWT, and Nunavut in Canada and some area in US. Order(s) and Service to these locations may be cancelled in case that it can not be fulfilled due to shipping and logistics issue.
